2026: Aba Reunion Moves Second Global Convention to Atlanta, Promises Grand Event
Preparations are in top gear for the 2nd Aba Reunion Global Convention, scheduled to hold in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, from September 11 to 13, 2026.
According to the organizers, a Convention Planning Committee (CPC) has already been constituted, comprising members of the Board of Trustees (BOT) and selected group members drawn from the United States, United Kingdom, and Nigeria.
Speaking during an online press conference, Chief Chuck Enyinna who is popularly known as Chuddy Ambassador, President of Aba Reunion, confirmed that the convention would take place at the Jazzy J Banquet Center in College Park, Georgia.
“The Banquet Centre is located at 5134 Old National Highway, Suite 1, College Park, Georgia,” Enyinna stated.
The Dallas-based business mogul further disclosed that the Planning Committee had secured accommodation for participants at the Marriott Hotel in Atlanta, noting that bookings are already underway for members who wished to stay there during the convention.
Continuing, Chuddy Ambassador revealed members were expected to vote on a proposal to ratify a homecoming convention in Nigeria in 2028, in the course of the epoch making event in Atlanta-Georgia.

Corroborating, Chief Okechukwu Waboso, a member of the BOT and Chairman of the Planning Committee, expressed utter satisfaction with the progress made so far in Atlanta, where he resides.
“We are on track to host our members from all over the world for the second convention,” Waboso said.
Moreso, Waboso who is an Atlanta resident expressed profound optimism in the forthcoming event, saying: “For us in Atlanta, we have concluded arrangements for the venue, consumables, and lodging.
We are also negotiating to ensure a seamless transit from the airport to the Marriott Hotel and the Banquet Centre during the convention days”, he added.
Asked about the criteria for membership of the Aba Reunion, Waboso explained that “it is a global network of men and women who grew up in the commercial city of Aba, Abia State, between the 1970s and early 1990s.
“The first edition of the convention, held in Dallas, Texas, in 2024, attracted professionals, entrepreneurs, and political figures from across the globe.” He concluded.
