A renowned Igbo group, Igbo Youth Congress (IYC) Worldwide has declared Governor David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi State the most qualified Igbo for the Presidency in 2023, the group saying the governor has displayed enough capacity to the country to enviable height of world acclaim.
