“Therefore I call on all Ikwuano Sons and daughters in diaspora to join hands with me in this progressive mission to transform our home where our remains shall be laid which belong to us all.”

Continuing, he said: “It is, therefore, a necessity that we marry experience of home growth, awareness and diasporic experience glued with external relations, to promote new millennium ideologies, innovations, industrialization, development and propagate the exodus of starvation, poverty, non performance, mediocrity, incompetence & zero passion towards service to the Constituency.”

He expressed bitterness over the long-drawn-out impoverishment of the people of the Council, lamented that poor representation contributed maximally to the state of underdevelopment of the area, as he insisted that ‘all hands must be on deck’ to bring back hope to the people.
