Yesterday, the people of Itumbuzor in Bende Local Government Area of Abia state, witnessed yet another dividend of democracy and quality representation from the Abia North Senator and Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu as teaching and learning materials were distributed to all pupils and students in Itumbuzor
Kalu’s free education materials distribution team led by his legislative aide , Victor Etie kicked off the distribution from Itumbuzor Comprehensive Secondary School and Prime Primary School Etiti Ulo.
Parents of the beneficiaries, teachers, pupils and the community leaders couldn’t contain their joy and excitement as they heaped prayers and accolade on Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor kalu
Community leaders who spoke during the Distribution confessed that the community has never had it so good
It will be recalled that Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has completed the construction of about 4km Bende to Itumbuzor road with gully control as well as renovation and furnishing of numerous class room blocks . He also energized and installed 350kva transformer across Itumbuzor and ntalakwu communities in Bende LGA of Abia north.
