In his words, ”I want to particularly encourage Umunnem ndi Abia to SHUN political apathy, arm themselves with their Permanent Voters Cards (PVC) to enable them participate in the process of taking our state to a brand new level in 2023, knowing for sure that through the provisions of the amended electoral law, sanity and integrity will be restored to the elections and their vote will definitely count. Without any shadow of doubt this is a good time to be an Abian”, he concluded .
