All roads shall lead to prestigious Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos on Friday, March 20, 2020, as Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu alongside the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola deliver their speeches at the 2020 edition of the “Trek Africa Real Estate Summit & Expo”.
According to a release issued to Famous Reporters, the event which is organised by Real Estate Reporters would have in attendance dignitaries from all walks of life, among whom is the Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos, ESV Adedotun Bamgbola who would also impact on the nation through his speech.
According to the release, the Summit is set against the backdrop of the need to maximize the country’s material and human resources, geared meeting the burgeoning housing needs of the Nigerian citizenry across the length and breadth of the nation.
Earlier, the Project Director of the Summit, Oki Samson who spoke to Famous Reporters reiterated that the Summit seeked to provide a viable investment platform for big time investors at home, Nigerians in the Diaspora, as well as foreign direct investors to make inroads into the burgeoning real estate market.
Speaking further, he explained that the Summit with the theme: ‘Make Nigeria Livable: Building Safe and Secure Homes’ would also probe into how to deploy the various newest trends in technology with the a view to “facilitating effective land acquisition system, material analysis, structural testing procedures, and other technical processes in the industry” he said.
