AN Apex socio-political Youth Association in the Southeast, Coalition Of Southeast Youths Leaders (COSEYL) has thrown their weight behind a former speaker of the Abia state House of Assembly, Dr. Asiforo Okere for the position of the Chairman of the Abia state Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP).
