Igbo National Council The Igbo National Council (INC) has unanimously urged the various South East Governors not to adulterate and give bad name to the already existing INC Vigilante Security Outfit code name "Operation Ije Agu", through the formation of Ebube Agu, a newly established security outfit in the zone.
