Igbo National Council The Igbo National Council (INC) has unanimously urged the various South East Governors not to adulterate and give bad name to the already existing INC Vigilante Security Outfit code name "Operation Ije Agu", through the formation of Ebube Agu, a newly established security outfit in the zone. Following the rising influx of Almajiris into the South East Region from different Northern States at the heat of the coronavirus pandemic, the Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL) and the Youth Wing of Ohanaeze Ndigbo have charged the five Governors of the region to unanimously protect their people.
