14 Dead Bodies Recovered as Bus Conveying Church Members Plunged Into River
It was a tragic moment in Ivo local government area in Ebonyi state on Friday night, September 18, as a bus conveying 32 persons to a burial, thrusted into Akaeze-Ukwu River in the local government area. Confirming the incident to newsmen, the Spokesperson of the state police command, Loveth Odah said "14 bodies comprising seven females and seven males have so far been recovered while efforts are being made to recover the rest."
