Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu has announced that one of the patients who had initiated tested positive for the COVID-19 pandemic has been discharged from the Isolation Center having tested negative, following the intensive treatment. It would be recalled that Governor Ikpeazu had on April 20, amidst dismay, informed Abians that the state had recorded her first index case.
