UPDATE: Governors, Court summon Emefiele Over Naira Redesign, $53m Paris Club debt The governors of the 36 states have summoned the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Governor, Godwin Emefiele, over the withdrawal policy and the redesigned naira notes.
