Appeal court dismisses PDP, LP’s petitions, upholds Orji Kalu’s victory The Appeal Court sitting in Lagos has affirmed Senator Orji Uzor Kalu of the All Progressive Congress (APC), as the winner of the Abia North Senatorial District election. The court, on Monday, dismissed the petitions by Nnamdi Iro Orji (Opotoyom) of the Labour Party, and Mao Ohuabunwa of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
