GOC 82 Div. assures soldiers of better welfare

The Nigerian Army Maj.- Gen. Abiodun Lagbaja, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 82 Division of the Nigerian Army, has assured officers and men of President Muhammadu Buhari’s desire to improve their welfare. Lagbaja gave the assurance at his maiden familiarisation and operational visit to Army headquarters in Owerri on Tuesday. The GOC said he had been briefed of the challenges facing the brigade by the Brigade Commander, 34 Artillery Brigade, Brig.-Gen.
