Samuel Amah, Abakaliki The Chairman of Afikpo South Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Mr Eni Uduma-Chima, on Friday, lambasted a former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Anyim Pius Anyim, saying, "The ex-SGF needed an Intelligence Quotient test, to ascertain his intellect. This is even as the council boss alleged that Anyim was too politically unimportant to be taken serious, adding that his belief that Governor David Umahi was billed to fail in the All Progressives Congress was dead on arrival.
