Gives War Signal To Attendants.
In accordance with the measures to prevent spread of Coronavirus in Ebonyi State, the Governor, Engr David Nweze Umahi has directed all Mortuary attendants in Ebonyi State to stop releasing dead bodies to the family of deceaseds up until the deadly disease is brought to a transfix. Speaking with Journalist at new Government House, Abakaliki, Governor Umahi said he had directed all land and water borders and indeed all entry and exit points to be shut down with effect from 12 midnight, March 28, adding that Mortuaries are not exemptions.
