NDLEA Apprehends 179.102 kilogrammes of Crystal Meth (Mkpuri mmiri), Tramadol, Other Drugs The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Ebonyi Command on Wednesday, said it assimilated 179.102 kilogrammes of different illicit drugs between January and September 2022 in the state. The state Commander, Mr Iyke Uche told journalists in Abakaliki that seizures were made in various locations, including rural communities. Uche explained that the confesticated drugs include: cannabis sativa, tramadol, Flunitrazepam, Tramadol, Methamphetamine, popularly known as "Mkpurummiri, and other illicit substances. Mkpuru Mmiri: Details of how 500-L Student Commits Suicide In Abia Modestus Hyacinth Egbulefu, a 500-level student of the Michael Okpara University Of Agriculture Umudike, MOUAU, Abia State, has killed himself. The incident which occurred at about 9:40am at the lodge as other students were shocked at the incident and tried in vain to revive him.
