FRSC Begins Mass Production of Drivers License, Churns Out 73,740 in 14 Days The Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed-led Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), has began a mass production of National Drivers Licence as a strategic intervention mechanisms introduced towards clearing the backlogs of the National Drivers Licence.
