JUST IN: Former Military Governor Dies at 70 Former Military Administrator of Bayelsa State and retired naval officer, Navy Captain Omoniyi Caleb Olubolade (rtd), has joined his ancestors at the age of 70. He was a former Military Governor of Bayelsa State and a retired Navy Captain and was said to have kicked the bucket during one of his moments of physical exercise.
