The International Press Centre (IPC), Lagos-Nigeria today urged journalists and other media professionals who would be on electoral duty during the off-cycle governorship elections in Kogi, Bayelsa and Imo State on Saturday, November 11, 2023 to take all necessary steps to ensure their personal safety.
