The Imo Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Francis Ezeonu, has announced that the physical continuous voter registration exercise (CVR) will commence on July 19. He disclosed this while briefing journalists in Owerri on Thursday. Ezeonu said that the exercise would start at INEC state and local government offices first and continue at other centres at a later date.
