IGP Mohammed Adamu Few hours ago, some operatives, said to be officers of the Nigeria Police Force, from Abuja, stormed the State Secretariat, along Portharcourt road Owerri Imo- State and whisked away a Director of Accounts and a Permanent Secretary at the Block 5 of the State Secretariat, shooting sporadically.
