The caretaker committee chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Fred Udogu, at the weekend, has accused the former chairman of the party, Onyekachi Nwaebonyi of unlawfully occupying the party's secretariat. The party's TC chairman  threatened that his party would not hesitate to appeal the court judgment which restrained the national working committee, NWC, of PDP from dissolving the former executives of the party in Ebonyi led by Nwaebonyi.
