Class of 2009 IIJ Alumni Elects New Excos ...As Uba emerges President Ikemba Don Uba has emerged the President of the International Institute of Journalism, IIJ Abuja( 2009/ 2010) set last Sunday. He emerged through a highly and heartily contested election and emerged victorious with 25 votes in Owerri. During the election, Mrs. Steiner Opara, a one time "African Queen" in a beauty pageant also emerged the Vice President, while Comrade Max Chidozie Unegbu was elected the Secretary.   Others elected were, Deaconess Ijeoma Edmund Naomi, as Treasurer, Charity Uwakwe (aka.
