Anambra Lawyer Turns Self in for damaging maid's private part …As police places N2m bounty Anambra-based lawyer, Adachukwu Chikelu-Okafor, who has been declared wanted for allegedly abusing an 11-year-old housemaid, Happiness, hasfinally surrendered to the police. The awful incident was reported tothe Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and the State Ministry of Women Affairs who unhesitatingly declared Chikelu-Okafor wanted with a bounty placed on her.
