Troops Arrest 19 Suspects, Seize 260,000 Litres of Stolen Oil Products in Crackdown on Theft According to the Nigeria Army, troops have successfully removed more than 43 illicit oil bunkering hubs, detained 19 economic saboteurs, and seized more than 260,000 liters of stolen goods in the Niger Delta.
