Northern Minorities Warn Against Ethnic Bias, as Senate Screens Tinubu’s INEC Pick, Prof. Amupitan The Senate has today (Thursday) screened Professor Joash Ojo Amupitan for the position of Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
