Electoral Act: Deletion Of Section 84(12): HURIWA Rejects Court Ruling, Files Stay Of Execution Civil rights group, Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA), on Tuesday completed court processes asking the Federal High Court in Umuahia to stay execution of its earlier judgment ordering the deletion of Section 84(12) of the amended Electoral Act.
