Onuigbo v APC: Court Gives Fresh Date To Deliver Judgement
The Presiding judge of Federal High Court, Umuahia on Friday in the suit Onuigbo versus APC, with INEC and Emeka Atuma as 2nd and 3rd defendants respectively, adjourned to Tuesday, Oct 4, 2022 to deliver judgement.
Onuigbo had approached the Court to uphold the APC Abia Central Senatorial primary election which was conducted on June 28 producing him as winner.
