MOUAU: Rep. Sam Onuigbo Congratulates Prof. Iwe Over Appointment

The Member respresenting Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency at the the Lower chamber, Rep. Sam Onuigbo FCIS, FNIM Odozi Obodo has congratulated the new Vice Chancellor of Michael Okpara and of Agriculture Umudike, Prof. Maduebibisi Ofo Iwe on his new appointment.
It would be recalled that students from the Niger Delta region had, upon his arrival, lauded the provost of Abia State College of Education Technical Arochukwu, Phillips Nto over what they described as his patriotic role leading to the emergence of the renowned Professor.
Rep. Onuigbo in a release made available to FamousReporters, today, felicitated the new VC, who whose inauguration ceremony took place, yesterday at Anyim Pius Hall, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike.
The outstanding House Member expressed great delight over the emergence of the erudite professor, as he prided in the location of the great institution, hence Umudike, in Ikwuano LGA of Abia State.
,Rep. Onuigbo, who expressed aura of confidence in the personal capacity of the Vice Chancellor, assured his unalloyed support to the present administration, adding “my office will always be available to provide whatever support we can to him.”, he said.
He charged the 6th Vice Chancellor of Michael University to work peacefully and productively with the academic and non-academic staff, while calling for the need to respect the host communities of the University.
