It is on this premise that the Mayor of Port Harcourt City, Sir Allwell Ihunda JP perused extensively before investing hugely for youths in Port Harcourt to acquire the requisite knowledge on ICT through the ongoing trades and Skill development program.
The program after completion, will role out young ICT experts that’ll become entrepreneurs and employers of labour.
