JUST IN: Tension as Reginald commits suicide in Imo
Pandemonium erupted in Ogbaku in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State, as a man simply identified as Mr. Reginald, a native of the community, allegedly took his own life.
The heart-wrenching incident took place in the early hours of yesterday, Sunday, August 3, 2025.
The traumatic video clip of the terrific incident was shared on ThePressman Newspaper’s official WhatsApp group, shortly after the incident, by a concerned member of the platform.
Famousreporters.com gathered that the deceased hung himself in the compound of one Mr. Ukachukwu, who is alleged to be his wife’s secret lover.
Meanwhile, there are speculations in the air, claiming that late Mr. Reginald was propelled by some sort of emotional trauma, consequent on his wife’s infidelity, hence his last resort to take his own life.
The Imo State Command of the Nigerian Police Force is yet to release an official statement regarding the sad development, as at the time of filing this report.
