‘A difficult task against a strong team’
Rangers v Braga (20:00)
Braga assistant head coach Micael Sequeira: “Rangers don’t play in a traditional British style, they focus on keeping the ball a lot. They have good players and are strong in all parts of the pitch.
“This is a difficult task against a strong team. The weather could add complications, but we have had to prepare and trained for these conditions, we have a game plan and we’re are hoping for a good result.”

How they got here…
Rangers v Braga (20:00)
Rangers safely negotiated four rounds of qualifiers – culminating in a play-off win over Legia Warsaw – to reach the tournament proper.
In a tough group with Porto, Feyenoord and Young Boys, Steven Gerrard’s side suffered just one defeat and took seven points from nine at home to progress as runners-up.
The 2-1 loss at Young Boys is Rangers’ only defeat in 14 Europa League matches this season.
Braga saw off Brondby and Spartak Moscow in the qualifying rounds before breezing through the group phase unbeaten.
They topped their section ahead of Wolves, having taken four points off the Premier League side, with Slovan Bratislava and Besiktas lagging well behind.
Including qualifiers, Braga are on a 13-match unbeaten run in Europe.

‘A good result’
FT: Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound
Quote Message: A draw is a good result for them and they will be very happy that they have the second leg at Celtic Park, but they have really been made to work for it. The penalty could have changed it, but they got away with it. They will be relieved

FULL-TIME Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Celtic head back to Glasgow all square after a proverbial game of two halves.
They could have been ahead by more than Odsonne Edouard’s opener by half time such was their dominance.
But Copenhagen came out a different beast after the break and, after Dame N’Doye fired them level, they will consider themselves unfortunate not to take a lead to Scotland after Jens Stage’s missed penalty.

Both sides make changes
Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Copenhagen make their final change, with Sotirios Papagiannopoulos, the Greece-born Sweden centre-half, comes on for Ragnar Sigurdsson.
Jozo Simunovic has replaced Jeremie Frimpong in Celtic’s defence too.

Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
For a moment there, we thought it would be another VAR situation as Christopher Jullien brings down Dame N’Doye inside the Celtic penalty box.
However, a raised flag indicates the Senegal striker is offside.

YELLOW CARD Bitton (Celtic)
Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Frustrated at that miss, Celtic substitute Nir Bitton picks up a booking as he trips Rasmus Falk as the Dane looks to break.
By the way, that earlier yellow card for Ryan Christie means the Scotland midfielder is suspended for the second leg.

Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Karl-Johan Johnsson denies Celtic again as James Forrest makes a thrusting run into the penalty box, but the goalkeeper’s big hand pushes it clear.

MISSED PENALTY
Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Jens Stage steps up to take the spot kick, but the midfielder’s attempt comes off the inside of a post, across the face of the Celtic goalmouth and is eventually cleared.
Goalkeeper Fraser Forster might have got a touch to that. Either way, Celtic survive a breathtaking couple of minutes.

VAR decision to come
Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Copenhagen are piling on the pressure and two good challenges from Kristoffer Ajer and Christopher Jullien save the day at the expense of a corner.
From that, the referee consults VAR after claims of a hand ball by Ryan Christie.
-
Bitton for Brown; Two home changes
Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Changes for both sides as Swedish defender Pierre Bengtsson and Denmark Under-21 forward Mikkel Kaufmann come on for Michael Santos and Bryan Oviedo.
Meanwhile, Scott Brown has obviously done himself damage earning that booking and the Celtic captain is replaced in midfield with Nir Bitton.

‘Celtic are a better team’
Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound
Quote Message: Celtic just need to settle down. There still will be chances in this game for them. What they don’t want to do is lose it and put themselves up against it at Celtic Park. They have the ability and they are a better team than Copenhagen

Copenhagen 1-1 Celtic
Odsonne Edouard is denied for a third time by Karl-Johan Johnsson.
The French striker stretches out one of his long legs to poke a low James Forrest cross towards goal from 10 yards, but the Sweden goalkeeper does well to block.
