ASUU: FG Expresses Optimism On Academic Resumption *Reveals next action if Strike Continues
The Federal Government, through the Minister of Labour, and Employment, Chris Ngige has expressed confidence in the positive outcome of the proposed meeting scheduled for next with focus on the resumption of classes for Nigerian students. Ngige, disclosed this today, Friday, on a Channels Television’s Politics. According to the Minister, the federal government will consider “options” to stop the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) from continuing its industrial action. “There are so many options left.
