Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu, Chairman of the E.C.K Foundation, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Dr. Sampson Uche Ogah, former Minister of State for Steel and Mining Development, describing him as an accomplished statesman whose life reflects dedication to public service, national development, and the advancement of Abia State.

In a goodwill message issued on the occasion, Chief Kalu commended Dr. Ogah’s tenure in public office, noting his professionalism, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to harnessing Nigeria’s steel and solid minerals sector as a catalyst for economic growth and industrial transformation.

“Dr. Ogah brought credibility, competence, and renewed energy to national service, earning admiration and respect across political, professional, and regional divides,” Chief Kalu stated.

He further described Dr. Ogah as a bridge-builder and patriot who remains deeply invested in the progress of Abia State, consistently supporting initiatives that promote unity, amplify Abia voices, and nurture indigenous talent.
