Many people have resentments towards casket business as they consider it a business for the courageous.

Some people delve into the business out of frustration whereas some go into it in a bid to meet their wants, hence it is their last resort.

The manager of Olive Ventures, a Caskets manufacturing company has revealed that the rate of corruption in the Nigeria Military pushed him into the business.

Mr. Nkem Igwe, a native of Urogwa, in Mbitolu LGA of Imo State who prided in his business revealed that the casket business had made him rich far beyond his imaginations, as consistency remains inevitable

According to him, his dream of furthering his education through the Nigeria Defense Academy, NDA was truncated by the increasing corruption in the Nigerian system, as all of his efforts were smashed.

Hear him: “I really wanted to further my education, but I wanted to go through military but it didn’t work out for me.  to NDA. I had been to the NDA, I wrote the exams and I passed but due to the corruption in the country I couldn’t further but I know I passed all the question both the physical training and every other things but due to the corruption, even at the camp, I met one Colonel who told me this is my world but due to the corruption here, he even ask me to get half a million so that my name will be in the second list or at least first list but I couldn’t get d money then”.

“Not that I did not have the money, yes, my dad has the money but he said No he can’t offer such amount of money because I want to serve my country. Why will he b asking for such? After all this is a do or die affair, so at a time, he even asked me to look for another alternative like for me to apply for another one”.

“There are other schools, I told dad but I want to further my education through military. Then after all those things, I couldn’t make it again on my own. I said I have to forget all about it and focus on this business, after all there is a whole lot of money in the business”.

“So, I decided to join Dad in his business and I’m happy because this business gives me so much money”, he prided
