Allow S'East Go To Avoid Repeat of Civil War, Northern coalition Urges Court Some members of Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG) have appealed to the National Assembly through the Federal High Court in Abuja to facilitate the exit of the Southeast region of the country, in order to avoid a repeat of 1967 to 1970 civil war.
