The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU),has in totality condemned the negligence of the officials of Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) and the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF) to President Muhammadu Buhari’s directives over their withheld salaries.
