Soldier ‘Kills’ Man Amidst COVID-19 Lockdown In Delta
Despite the ongoing lockdown in the state, an unknown soldier has allegedly shot an unidentified young man dead in Delta State, the police in the state have disclosed. According to reports, the ugly incident took place on Thursday, at Ugbuwangue community in Warri South Local Government Area (LGA) of the state, on the second day of the lockdown directive issued by the state governor, Ifeanyi Okowa.
