Breaking!! Actors Guild Of Nigeria Election: Actress Brenda Eve Ndukwe (Mama G Jnr.) Emerges Winner

Evidently, the emergence of Chief Akawaugo 1 ofAjatanigu, Oboro, of Ikwuano LGA, Abia State, (aka. Mama G Junior) inarguably did not come as a surprise as virtually all and sundry sang praises and chanted their relentless support for her.

The 2020 election of members of Delta State chapter of the Actors Guild Of Nigeria,(AGN), into the various executive positions has ended with a resounding victory for Brenda Eve Ndukwe (Mama G Junior) who emerged as the Financial Secretary of the Guild.

The election which was presided over by the natioinal executive body took place at Benizia Hotel, off Gagas junction, in Asaba, Delta State was held in a free and fair playing ground, as the electorate were seen casting their votes for their respective candidates.

Speaking with Famous Reporters shortly after the announcement of her victory, Mama G Junior, (aka Akawaugo) who could scarcely hide her happiness dedicated her victory to God Almighty, noting that she did not deserve the amazing victory but for the unreserved love and mercy of God.

Hear her: “I contested for the post of financial secretary of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Delta State chapter and to the glory of God, I emerged winner and I return all the glory to Him.

“It’s actually not by my making; not because I’m too beautiful or intelligent but it’s the mercy of God”.

Fielding questions on what major challenges she experienced prior to the election, the Ikwuano born Actress has this to say:

“There were challenges at every corner. Before I purchased the form, it was like a war, and I held a midnight prayer and I told God, if it is your will for me to contest, then I know I would win so then provide the money so I can get this form and he did. People contributed and even one of our marketers gave me a certain amount of money and I was shocked”, she revealed.

She thanked her friends and fans who supported her both financially and morally, as well as standing by her and for ensuring her uninterrupted victory, while urging them to as long as they exist on the earth to always live a life of integrity adding “I also want to advise to be mindful of whatever they do and uphold the dignity of your name because I have built this name over the years”, she concluded.

Earlier in his speech, Actor Livinus Aginna Nnochiri, a Delta baed on how far had advised the Electoral body, Actors Guild of Nigeria Electoral Commission, AGNEC to make transparency their bedrock in the course of the election, as well as the announcement of results.

In his remarks, Cmrd. Austin Okwenu, aka. Double Spanner, another Nollywood Movie Actor described Eve Brenda’s victory as meedful and apt.

Hear him: “she has won this position unopposed, yes, because Brenda has been a wonderful woman, a woman of substance and a woman to be reckoned with especially while if comes to truth, accountability”.
