To enrol in the service of the country under the Nigeria Police Force and successfully disengage from the service gracefully is the blessings of the Lord. This blessing of the Lord is what the Commissioner of Police in Kwara state, CP Ebunoluwarotimi Adelesi enjoyed as she is pulled out of service today 31st August 2023 after years of meritorious service to fatherland.
The CP’s retirement ceremony which featured a public lecture and book launch had in attendance representative of the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq; Dr. Kamoru Ibitoye Yusuf, the board member of Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan; and many other dignitaries. We thank God for this rare privilege given to our sister, CP Ebunoluwarotimi Adelesi. For police officers, everyday seems like the last not giving assurance. But we thank God for CP Adelesi, day in, day out, from one location to another, God preserved her and family and we can all witness this day.’
To the celebrant, Dr. Ogunsan said: ‘Congratulations on this book launch. I salute your painstaking ability and courage to put this book together.
