The All Progressives Congress (APC), Abia State Chapter, has “heartily congratulated” its esteemed leader and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, on the successful conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree.
