Abia APP Ward-Round Tour: With My Experience, I Will Set A Standard For Others To Follow—Mascot Kalu
The Abia state governorship candidate of the Action Peoples Party (APP), Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu, has promised to bring his wealth of experience to bear in making the state’s institutions efficient and setting a standard for others to follow if elected into office.
Chief Kalu made this disclosure yesterday in Arochukwu while touring the four ABSIEC wards of the town and meeting with the relevant stakeholders.
The APP governorship candidate said his international and local business experience, coupled with administrative and governance experience garnered when he was Chief of Staff, would mean nothing if his government does not change the fortunes of Abia State and set a standard with a sustainable developmental blueprint.
“My government will put the institutions in the right place and set a standard for others to follow.” If I do not do that, the experience I talk about would be in vain.
The APP tour train yesterday was led by Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu; his running mate, Prof. Osondu Akoma; Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal House of Representatives candidate, Rt. Hon. Arua Arunsi; and Arochukwu State House of Assembly candidate, Hon. Nnaemeka Oti, and other chieftains of the party visited four ABSIEC wards—1, 2, 3, and 4.
