Umuokehi-Okpuala, Nkwoegwu Okada Riders Drum Support For ADC’s Amalambu
The entire people of Umuokehi-Okpuala, in conjunction with Nkwoegwu Okada riders Association, in Umuahia, Abia State capital, have unanimously assured of their unrelenting support for Rev. Blessed Amalambu, the African Democratic Congress, ADC’s candidate for Umuahia North State House of Assembly
Recounting on the antecedents of Amalambu, the people reiterated their confidence that he would be in no doubts, usher in the desired effective representation which would spur the development of Ohuhu.
In their various speeches at Nkwoegwu and Umuokehi-Okpuala civic hall, when Rev. Amalambu, visited respectively, Elder Sunday Aaron, the village Chairman of Umuokehi-Okpuala, Mr. Sunday Ezenwa, among others who spoke, maintained that in the forthcoming general election, that they will only work with candidates who are reasonable, insisting that the Umuahia North State Constituency ADC candidate is best for the business.
They further said that Amalambu, who is the Abia State Coordinator of National Anticorruption Volunteer Corps of ICPC and State Chapter Secretary of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN has done himself and the assignments given to him within the period under review, very proud with his sterling achievements and performances.
Responding, Rev. Amalambu who appreciated them for their prayers, thoughts and support maintained that he has a verifiable record and will not disappoint God, the Church and the Constituents whom, he is going to represent, when duly elected as a lawmaker.
Amalambu said, “I have feelings for the downtrodden and the marginalized. I am balanced and also have God’s divine mandate to represent Umuahia North State Constituency. God will use me to right the wrongs in this Constituency”.
He passionately appealed to them not to sell their conscience but to join hands with him, using their Permanent Voter Cards to help fix the land and change the narrative.
He assured that the actual figure of Umuahia North State Constituency allowance would be made known to the Constituents, as they deserve the right to know what comes into the Constituency and how it is being used.
“There will be an accurate record keeping in my time, so vote for me and see me and God work together to fix our land”, Amalambu further solicited the unalloyed support of Umuokehi-Okpuala people.
In a related development, during an interface with Nkwoegwu Okada riders Association, Amalambu also disclosed his intentions to create an atmosphere of greater opportunities for better businesses and jobs in the Constituency.
