2023:Abam Community Endorses Orji Kalu

 

 

The President General of Idima Abam Development Union, Chief Bassey Okorie Kalu says the people of Idima Abam in Arochukwu Local Government Area of Abia State would continue to support the senator representing Abia North senatorial district, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.

 

Kalu in a chat with journalists during a town hall meeting described the senator’s strides as unprecedented, saying he had surpassed expectations in the area of welfare of the people and in the socio-economic development of the senatorial district.

He said the decision to endorse Kalu followed careful observation and proper fact finding carried out on his achievements since he was elected.

 

According to him, the senator has performed excellently, and such a performer deserves to be re-elected.

 

He appealed to the people of Abia North to continue to support the senator who is the Chief Whip of the Senate, noting that Kalu was ready to do more for the district.

 

“As a matter of fact he has done excellently well since he was elected in 2019. Without even calling him, he gave us a befitting classroom blocks and we know he will do more if he goes for this second tenure.

“The people of Abia North senatorial district should continue to trust Senator Orji Uzor Kalu. We trust him here because he is a result oriented leader. As a matter of fact, as far as I am concerned and Idiba is concerned we are totally for him.”

 

Idima is one of the most populous villages in Abam which is one of the five clans in Arochukwu Local Government Area.
