100 Days In Office: HRM Innocent Nwaigwe Felicitates With Gov. Otti
*Appreciates well-wishers as he emerges Umuahia North Traditional Rulers Chairman
HRM, Eze (Sir) Innocent Nwaigwe has appreciated many who celebrated with him as the Chairman Umuahia North Council of Traditional Rulers.
The traditional ruler of Okaiuga Alaike autonomous community in Ohuhu, Umuahia North Local Goverment Area of Abia State HRM Eze Innocent Nwaigwe, has sent his warmth felicitations to the Governor of Abia State Dr Alex Otti, OFR. on the occasion of his first one hundred days in office.
Eze Nwaigwe, who is the Chairman Umuahia North council of traditional rulers, commended the governor for his people oriented policies, which, according to him, is intended to move the state forward.
The traditional ruler pointed out that Governor Otti had proven that he was prepared to transform the State given the equality of people he has appointed into the State’s Council, to pilot the affairs of the state with him.
He equally commended the state Chief Executive for increasing the stipend paid to traditional rulers from three to five percent, adding that it has shown that he has the interest of the Royal fathers at heart.
Eze Nwaigwe, also thanked the governor for appointing Eze Linus Nto Mba and Eze Emerengwa to lead the traditional rulers council in the state and Abia Central Senatorial District respectively, pointing that with him, he will ensure that traditional rulers from his Local Government Area will give him all the support he needs to succeed in office.
Furthermore, he thanked traditional rulers in Umuahia North LGA, for conduting themselves with decorum during the election that brought him to office.
The newly elected chairman of Umuahia North Council of Traditional Rulers, restated his stand to work in harmony with all the traditional rulers in the Local Government for the interest of all, while thanking those who celebrated with him for emerging the chairman of the traditional rulers council of Umuahia North local government area.
